Scott R performed annual maintenance on my home generator today which wasn't his first time at my residence to work on it. He is always very polite, professional, prompt and knows his trade well. I'm also very impressed with the company which sends a text to let you know they are on the way and a picture of the technician! Excellent service! Richard B

Our AC stopped working on a Friday late afternoon! I called and within a few hours (after 5pm) Eddie showed up to save the day. I got a text showing me a picture of what he looked like which was an amazing detail. He got straight to work and explained what it was and what he needs to do to fix it. He had the unit up and running in less than an hour. Although the problem was a part, Eddie also took his time to clean out the unit. Our AC has always been a problem keeping up with the heat and my house would go up to 77 but now it doesn't go above 71!!!! The price was extremely reasonable being after hours and coming on the same day I called. I recommend this company to everyone. My first time using them but it will not be my last.

We arrived home from vacation and realized our AC wasn't working. Desperate to sleep in my own bed I called Cajun Comfort at 8:10pm. By 8:25pm our savior Shane had arrived. Within 20 minutes he found the problem, repaired it and I had paid for the services. Less than an hour from when I made the initial call! Great, quick and friendly service. Thank you so so much!

It was this past Saturday (7/11/2020) and it was so hot. My AC went out so I called Cajun Comfort and they sent a technician out within I 2 hours. Before he arrived they texted me a picture of the technician so that I would know whom to expect. He took under an hour and was gone and my AC was kicking again in no time. Shane, Chad, Kris, Preston and Brian did an excellent job installing my new AC and each one of them were very friendly and courteous. Sorry if I missed anyone, but they had a entire crew on it. My house was cool by the end of the day and those techs worked in a hot attic most of the time. Kudos to each of them.

Scott did superb work, answered our questions and educated us about best way to use our surge protector for the sauna. Scott is also prompt and adapt. He was glad to grab booties out of his truck when my wife said we preferred not wearing outside shoes on the carpet where our sauna is located.

Had work done by Scott R., who is as well-prepared and knowledgeable as he is competent and skilled. Hi quickly diagnosed the problem with our whole-house generator, secured the needed parts, and had us back on track in a timely manner. He is as personable as he is professional, and his adeptness at diagnosing and addressing the problem is most deeply appreciated!

I called after hours and whom ever answered tried to help me without having to come out after I described the problem (it was cold outside so we weren't miserable without air conditioning). He was extremely detailed and let me know what to expect. The next day which was Mardi Gras day my air conditioner was still doing the same thing so he had Mr. Eddie come out within the hour. He exceeded my expectations and fixed all our problems. He took time and made sure all the wiring was correct, etc and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

Beginning with Phillip helping me with choosing the right system for me and execution of the replacement by Preston and his crew. The installation was flawless. I appreciated the fact that they maintained good housekeeping during the entire process, starting with protecting my carpeting and flooring with drop clothes. The best part was before Mr Ernie did any work, he allowed me to see the problems first hand so it wouldnt look like I'm being scammed because I'm a female. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything. Mr Ernie was an angel in the form of a Ac Technicians. I hand my entire air conditioner unit changed by Cajun Comfort in November. It only took a day to install it. Keith installed my original unit in my house over 19 years ago. Cajun Comfort has always serviced the unit as needed. They also installed my whole house generator and maintain the service on it. I highly recommended Cajun Comfort and would never use anyone else.

Shawn did a great job troubleshooting then getting the part and replacing it to get me back in service.
